Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I have been using WiseYatra's services for sometime now. As an example, I traveled to Spain pre-pandemic, with Wiseyatra planning my trip. It was very well planned and executed on ground. The best thing I like about WiseYatra is their attention to detail and the level of empathy that they work with to meet the needs of their customers. They know destinations first hand which really helps shortlist what one must see. The following are the points which I want to highlight which made my holiday perfect:- - The 18 page write up they provided for my trip was very detailed and helpful in planning each of my days. The write up included routes, optimal mode of transport, restaurant lists for vegetarian food and even metro stations where one can switch the trains along with cost of tickets. They even alerted me that there is no Uber service in Toledo and Barcelona so there was absolutely no surprise on the ground. - The airport pick up and drop off was prompt and very professional. - The choice of accommodation was very well selected and we found exactly the same arrangements there as promised. The accommodation was very well located, walking distance to metro stations/tram stations, and clean. The staff was helpful and language was not an issue anywhere. - The prepaid tickets for musuems, city tours etc which they issued to me were honored at all the locations where I visited and I had no problems with entry. Their guidance on buying skip the line tickets from them before hand was on-point as the entry gates have long queues especially during the rush tourist season. - The itinerary was well planned with planned breaks in between to recharge so the days felt more like a holiday than an exertion.

I always preferred to plan my trips myself after a thorough research about the place, accommodation, places to visit, culture etc etc and never saw enough value in going via organized tours. However, my opinion changed completely after I went to Georgia and Serbia through wiseyatra. The first thing which makes them stand out is their cost-effectiveness of the trip. They provided me the best package ( best hotels, itinerary, car service etc) at a price which was much lower vs my plan. Second, they gave me great service during the trip in terms of answering any queries during the trip. Finally, I wanted some changes in the itinerary during the trip to cover more places and they happily made the changes for me at a very short notice. These three really stood out for me and helped change my view regarding organised travel because of Wiseyatra. I would go with them for my future travels and highly recommend them to everyone.

If I want to sum up in a few words how my trip was, it was mesmerising. My first trip through a travel agent in my life ‘ Wise Yatra’ and trust me it was fantastic. I curse myself for not finding them before. Professionalism 5* Services 5* Mode of communication 5* The trip was of 8N 9D and everyday was planned better than the previous one. The days were very well divided between Istanbul, Cappadocia, Kusadasi and Pamukalle. We chose the places and Wise Yatra’s team confirmed that the choices are great and rest was all handled very professionally by the team. Really thankful to the team to curate the best trips of my life. Starting from the Airport pickups, the pre made tours, the hotels and the rooms and the guidance given before and during the trip was impeccable. He curated the trip according to my budget and needs. He was always very pleasant to talk to and had every reasonable answers to my hundreds of questions ( since it was my first booking with a travel agent. ) I must say that before going anywhere you should definitely at least enquire them. I can definitely vouch for them. Wise Yatra you did an amazing job.

This was our second experience with Wiseyatra. Having had a wonderful experience while availing their services during the Europe trip, we again engaged them while planning our honeymoon trip. Not only did Wiseyatra help us in shortlisting Australia but they also helped us finalize the tourist destinations in Australia. We visited Melbourne, Gold Coast, Kuranda and Sydney. The team actually makes extra efforts to ensure your trip is memorable by scouting for destinations as per the occasion. I would specially mention the trip they arranged for us to Hot water springs, which is not a very explored spot but was thoroughly enjoyable. It was not mentioned on any of the travel portals yet Wiseyatra was able to suggest and arrange our trip to that place. Another point i would like to mention would be that one of our activities was cancelled due to bad weather. Wiseyatra not only arranged for refund of our money but were also able to arrange an alternate activity within an hour so that our day wouldn't go waste. Flights, visa, accomodation, travel, activity planning - all was taken care of in a very professional and homely manner by Wiseyatra. We did not have to worry at all for anything. Price was pretty reasonable. All in all, we were pretty happy with the services offered by Wiseyatra and would highly recommend them for any foreign trip.

Wiseyatra is our one stop solution for all our travel needs. We were planning a trip to Europe but were unsure how to plan it, which countries to cover. Also we did not want a rushed trip. The prices offered by Wiseyatra were very reasonable and much cheaper than the ones offered by travel portals. This was even after the innumerous customisations they carried out for us and the personalized tour they created for us. Travelling to Europe during Covid was filled with uncertainty, Wiseyatra helped us navigate all the requirements with great ease. We did not have to worry about anything and could simply enjoy the incredible landscapes of Iceland. All arrangements were as promised and exceeded our expectations. Sightseeing and activities included in the itinerary were very precise and absolutely to our taste.
