Landing in Lima and walking tour
You will be greeted by our representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel in your private cab. After freshening up, a tour of the Peruvian capital of Lima awaits us. We’ll start off with the grand Plaza Mayor of Lima & the Presidential Palace, we might even get to see the change of guard if we’re lucky! Post this, we’d head to the pious Santo Domingo Church and the serene Rimac River. Our next stop will be the popular, House of Peruvian Literature, filled with facts and history about the South American country and its literature. The trip ends at the Colonial City Wall of Lima. The Sacred Valley of Incas
Get your bags packing as the Inca Valley awaits you on day 4. Right from the moment you set foot via in Cusco, the city closest to Inca Valley you’ll be blown away by the aura of the place on offer.The day promises to be a long yet mesmerising one right from the word go. We’ll start the day at the Sacred Valley Viewpoint, with short stops at Pisac, Maras, Moray, the perfect places to soak in citadels, ruins and the stories of the Inca civilization. This will followed by a buffet at Urubamba with a spectacular view of the garden that houses Alpacas before ending the day at Ollantaytambo, a place with bucket-loads of history about the Spaniards and the last Incas. Machu Picchu
Saving the best for the last, a train ride to the much raved about Machu Picchu awaits us. No trip to Peru can be complete without visiting this place and it surely lives up to the hype around it. Upon reaching the top, feel free to explore Huayna Picchu and the Inca City of Machu Picchu. This summit is 2,693 meters above sea level. It is considered one of the most amazing short walks in the world. Post this, explore the Temple of the Moon, the only Inca site in the middle of a cave before catching the train back to Cusco. (Overnight in Cusco)
Departure
On the last day you’d be transferred to the Cusco airport, before reaching Lima based on your flightschedule based on day 6 night or day 7 early morning.
