Arrival
Welcome to the Faroe Islands! Arrive at Vagar airport and proceed to your hotel in Torshavn. Vágar is one among the 18 islands within the archipelago of the Faroe Islands.It is enriched with four beautiful lakes and also comprises the island of Mykines.You can spend the rest of the day in the Faroe Islands getting to know the capital, walk to the old part of town, go out dining .
Trip to Northern Islands
After breakfast, head out for a trip to Northern Islands where we’ll cover the important attractions of Northern Faroe Islands. You will head from site to site exploring six different islands in just one day. Every inch of this island is breath-taking and you’ll explore the never-ending show of truly epic landscapes and stunning nature of Faroe Islands along with subsea tunnels. This 11-hour long tour includes a packed lunch as well as drinks. The first destination is Klaksvík, from here you will have a great view of the island Kunoy and the peaking mountain Kunoyarnakki. From Klaksvík you will take the ferry to the island Kalsoy. You will explore Kalsoy including Trøllanes, Mikladalur and the Seal Woman statue. Take the special chance to walk around the village Trøllanes, which is featured in the James Bond film "No Time to Die." After a 20 minutes ferry ride back to Klaksvík, you will head to the island Kunoy after which you will now hit the road again and drive further North to the village Viðareiði. Enjoy spectacular panoramic view over the Northernmost islands from the village Viðareiði. Stand at the foot of the most prominent mountain in the Northern Islands and enjoy the beauty of mountain Malinsfjall. The tour ends at your hotel. (Overnight stay in Torshavn)
Mykines
After your breakfast at hotel experience a full day out on the tranquil bird island, Mykines. Departure
Now your trip in the Faroe Islands has come to a close. If you are lucky to have a late flight, you can spend your final day in the Faroe Islands walking in the Tórshavn area on your own. We recommend you to walk to the harbour marina where you can enjoy the many small fishing boats. Alternatively, you can visit the local art museum Listasavnið where you will see the best of classic and modern Faroese art. For your return transfer, a taxi will pick you up in Tórshavn and take you to the airport on Vágar island.
